Your Inspection

What Really Matters

When it comes to a home inspection, there is no “pass” or “fail”. Every home has issues to one degree or another, and every home also has good points.

There are deficiencies and issues in every home that we inspect. We are also very thorough home inspectors, so a home inspection report tends to look like a horror novel sometimes. So it is important to focus on what really matters in a home inspection. And what is that?

The things you want to focus in on are 1: safety items. The safety of you and your family are top priority, so these take precendence. 2) Material Defects. These are items not performing their function and are needed for normal use of the home. We work hard to make all of this clear during your inspection.
